Standard Package includes all photos at medium resolution of about 2100 x 1400 pixels. Commercial and personal use rights  are included in the price. We will process each photo individually to ensure good brightness, contrast and color balance. Standard Package price does not include touch-up (other than red eye removal) or any Photoshop work.

 

Signed “model” release (rider/handler)  & “property” release (horse owner) might be required if the photos will be used commercially.

Most photos will be about 3000 x 2000+ pixels, even after cropping.  Commercial and personal use rights for web and printing are included in the price. Private Photo Sessions: We allow up to two 15 minute brakes  per 30 minutes of shooting time. This way there is plenty of time for warm up, tack changes etc. and the horse is not rushed.

  A non-refundable travel charge of $1 per mile from address below applies, 100 miles maximum, no charge for the first 25 miles. There is also a non-refundable session fee of $75 for up to 1 hour. There will be an additional $10 per 10 minutes fee for sessions lasting longer than 1 hour.  There is no charge for consultation before the session and basic processing of your images after the session.  Price includes proofs on-line or printed proofs by mail.  Multiple horses OK. Digital images and prints can be ordered from list below. We offer significant discounts on "all photos on CD" packages on orders placed within 30 days.  
 
 

 

 Flat Rate Mini Sessions- $75 fee per horse plus mileage  
     
  2 horse minimum. A non-refundable travel charge of $1 per mile from address below applies, 100 miles maximum, no charge for the first 25 miles. Each horse will be given up to 15 minutes. No waiting time is allowed. Horses must be ready to be photographed. We will select 5-6 images of our choice per horse. Photos will be mailed on CD or sent by email. Photos will be resized to small/medium size (about 2100 x 1400 pixels). We will process each photo individually to ensure good brightness, contrast and color balance. The price does not include touch-up (other than red eye removal) or any Photoshop work. Commercial and personal use rights are included in the price. High resolution digital images and prints can be ordered from the list below. We are experienced with: candid, conformation, portrait, over fences, trot and at liberty photos and can get the job done quickly and efficiently.

In order to continue providing our services at affordable prices sign-up fee may be required at some shows and inspections. Sign-up fee includes proofs posted on line or printed proofs by mail. Sometimes this fee can be reduced or deducted from your order. This will depend on the specific agreement we have with particular Show/Inspection host, the distance we have to travel, number of participants etc. It is recommended that you sign up in advance directly with ihorsephoto.

 Web photos can be published on personal & commercial web sites and shared by e-mail. We recently increased the size to generous 750 pixels tall or wide.
Color, tonal range and sharpness will be optimized for  screen display.  The size is big enough for most photo frames. More resolution will be needed for optimum display on HDTV.

Our economy photographic prints printed on  Professional heavyweight glossy paper. Higher quality than most local photo lab prints. The 8x10 prints might be actually 8x11. Our posters look impressive when viewed from several feet away. The sizes are approximate and include about 1.5" white border. Special orders usually ship within 7 business days.

How to order:

There is currently no on-line order form available. Please send us a note including: photo ID (the number under photo), size, quantity, and finish (L - luster, G- glossy) for prints. Please don’t forget to include your e-mail for electronically delivered web photos or mailing address for prints! We accept PayPal payments with Confirmed shipping address only. Your order will be automatically shipped to PayPal Confirmed address. PayPal provides an area where notes can be added. We will send partial PayPal refund if you overpay. Checks may require up to 9 business days to clear.
